Seagate teams up with Live Nation to sponsor Download 2008 and concerts at Live Nation Amphitheatres in San Francisco Bay Area and Denver

SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif. - July 9, 2008 - Seagate (NYSE:STX) today announced they will team up with Live Nation (NYSE:LYV), bringing the world’s leading provider of storage solutions together with the world’s largest live music company, as the presenting sponsor for the much-anticipated Download 2008 music festival. Seagate also becomes the official digital storage sponsor at the San Francisco Bay Area’s Shoreline Amphitheatre and Denver’s Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre through October 2008.
